Our Team

Vinicius Mozetic

Head of the AI and Training Team

A lawyer with over 22 years of experience in compliance manager specializing in Artificial Intelligence, with a postdoctoral degree in Public Law , and two doctoral degrees. He holds a Master's in Law with a focus on Public Policy for Social Inclusion and is a specialist in Constitutional Law, Data Protection (LGPD and GDPR), Digital Law, Cybersecurity, AI, Environmental Law, and Environmental Management. He serves as a consultant to the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in the Technology and Innovation Coordination and is a member of the Special Commission on Artificial Intelligence of the Federal Council of the OAB.

Diego Ferraz

Head of the Business Advisor Team

An attorney with over 20 years of experience in offshores companies and spread contracts., with a Master’s in Law and specialization in Constitutional Law. He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Santa Catarina Chapter. He is the founder of the Public-Private Partnership Commission of OAB/SC and Vice-President of the Development and Infrastructure Commission. He holds international certification in PPPs from APMG International. With over 14 years of public service experience, he has held roles such as Deputy Attorney General and Director of Administrative Modernization in Chapecó-SC.

Claudio Tessari

Head of the Tax Law Team

A lawyer with over 25 years of experience in medium and large law firms, specializing in Tax Law. His career is focused on developing and managing legal strategies for companies, aiming to reduce costs and risks through business analysis. He has extensive experience in drafting legal opinions and developing legal theories for various tax-related demands, including consultancy, administrative, and judicial litigation at the municipal, state, and federal levels. He is dedicated to business development, client acquisition, and providing innovative legal and tax solutions. Additionally, he has significant experience in managing high-performance teams and coordinating administrative and judicial tax litigation.

Marco Petry

Head of the Labor Law Team

A lawyer with a postgraduate degree in Civil Law and a master's degree in Labor Law, practicing in civil, business, and labor law in Brazil. He has provided legal advisory services to up to 143 companies and served as assistant legal counsel for the municipality of Xanxerê (2005-2007), specializing in administrative and labor law, with experience in legal opinions and public tenders
